6 Students Receive State-Level Awards for PTSA Reflections Art Contest

Logo of National PTA Reflections featuring a stylized silhouette and bold maroon text.

This year, 80 pieces were submitted to the Berkley Area PTSA Council National PTA Reflections Art Contest. Artists submitted written pieces, dances, visual arts pieces and photographs. The 2025-26 Reflections theme was "I belong." In January, it was announced that 30 of these pieces were selected for the state judging process.

This week, on March 11, the state-level awards were announced, and the Berkley Area PTSA Council is proud to announce that six students were selected for state awards, with one receiving first place! 504 pieces were submitted to the state competition and 114 received awards.
